By engaging with Grivyonx Technologies, you agree to the following terms regarding our technical services and professional consultation.

1. Scope of Service

Our services strictly pertain to AI automation development, cloud infrastructure management, and cybersecurity auditing as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Ethical Security Audits

Any VAPT (Pentetration Testing) or Red Teaming engagement requires signed authorization. Grivyonx Technologies operates strictly within legal and ethical boundaries, performing tests only on authorized assets.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Grivyonx Technologies retains ownership of proprietary automation scripts and architectural frameworks, while granting clients the necessary licenses for their operational use.

4. Liability

While we implement industry-leading security and infrastructure practices, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from unforeseen technical failures or emerging zero-day exploits.
